Island International Hospital (IIH) is a premier private healthcare facility currently in its development and construction phase in Aranguez, Trinidad and Tobago.

This Stakeholder Hub is a controlled CRM, stakeholder registry, document vault, and workflow management system. It exists to enforce institutional discipline, ensuring transparent, structured, and highly governed interactions with all our strategic partners, investors, medical professionals, and the community.

This is a functional MVP prototype built as a single-file SPA utilizing localStorage for state persistence.

Key Implementation Details

  • Data Model: Rich JSON structure supporting multi-role stakeholders (e.g. Doctor + Investor) via the roles array.
  • Security (RBAC): Strict frontend simulation of backend RBAC. Investor Relations Admin sees investors; Comms Admin is strictly blocked from investor data. Government contacts are flagged as internal.
  • Audit Trail: Every major action (registration, status change, note add, campaign send) writes to an immutable auditLog array per stakeholder.
  • Production Stack Recommendation: React/Vue Frontend, Node/Laravel Backend, PostgreSQL Database, AWS S3 (Document Vault), SendGrid (Email API), Twilio (WhatsApp API).
